Raw video: Whatcott and Lipa City Police bust porn peddlers

Postby Bill Whatcott » Mon Jan 23, 2017 10:01 am

An irate porn peddler tries to hide his face when I try to take his picture and expose his illegal porn peddling operation. I talked to the man nicely this morning and attempted to persuade him that he should not be selling pornographic DVDs. First I told him selling pornographic DVDs displeases God and they also harm Filipino men, women and children. I also informed the man President Duterte signed a decree to ramp up enforcement against the sale and distribution of pornography and he was looking at a $5000 pesos fine (10 days salary) and jail time if he persists in the illegal activity. The man readily agreed with me and told me he would put the porn away. I really didn't believe my congenial porn peddler and came back 2 hours later and took this picture when I saw he was still selling pornography.

My porn peddler became quite agressive after I took this picture and I was unable to get my next picture as he charged me with his fists clenched and it appeared I was going to get into a physical altercation with him. Once the fellow was two feet from my space and realized I went into a fighting stance he stopped and started screaming at me to quit taking pictures.

I was quite angry too and shouted back that he had no right to be selling illegal pornography and polluting Lipa with his smut. The market seldom has loud confrontations as Filipinos tend to be more polite and less neurotic than North Americans, so we drew quite a crowd. Mr. Porn peddler was quite agitated but retreated back to his stall. I decided to go to the Lipa Police Station and escalate matters.

"Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them." Ephesians 5:11

Here I am walking into the Lipa City police station to file my complaint against the Palenke Market porn peddlers, (part 1)

Here is the police vehicle with two officers who were dispatched with me to the Palenke Market to shut down the porn peddlers

Here we are backing out of the Lipa City police station. (part 2)

Bill Whatcott in the back of the police vehicle in route to the Palenke Market. (part 3)

Whatcott leads the police to the porn booth in the market and confronts the porn peddler. (part 4)

"But I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lustful intent has already committed adultery with her in his heart."
Matthew 5:28

Whatcott formally asks police to lay charges, porn peddler tries to argue with Whatcott and is silenced. (part 5)

Porn peddler is upset, stressed out and wants mercy as he realizes he is on his way to jail. Porn booth gets shut down, family friendly comic books for sale instead.

"Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness,
For they shall be filled.
Blessed are the merciful,
For they shall obtain mercy.
Blessed are the pure in heart,
For they shall see God
Matthew 5:6-8
