Zombies Unmasked
Anti-gay hate monger ordered to reveal supporters

Protesters who infiltrated the Pride Parade last summer to distribute anti-gay messages will not be able to hide behind their green zombie suits much longer.

Longtime anti-homosexual activist Bill Whatcott has been ordered to unmask the identities of his co-conspirator Gay Zombies, who have the ABCDEF pseudonyms of Adam Zombie, Brian Zombie, Christopher Zombie, Doug Zombie, Edward Zombie and Frank Zombie.

He’s also been told by Ontario Superior Court Justice Paul Perell to divulge his sources of funding.

Whatcott has already vowed to ignore the court order.

“Generally Christians should comply with secular courts, but not when complying harms the innocent or when the order is unjust in the eyes of God,” he wrote on the Free North America website.

Whatcott and his green bodysuited colleagues were disguised as the “Gay Zombies Cannabis Consumers Association” to surreptitiously gain access to march during Pride and distribute 3,000 leaflets packaged as a “Zombie Safe Sex Package.” The pamphlet message was actually a disgusting diatribe against the LGBTQ community — “disease, death and confusion are the sad and sordid realities of the homosexual lifestyle” — complete with photos of anal warts and allegations that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Premier Kathleen Wynne were supporting and involved in child sexual assault.

Last August, gay activist Christopher Hudspeth and former Liberal MPP George Smitherman launched a $104 million class action lawsuit against Whatcott and his fellow zombies, claiming their flyers promote hatred and were defamatory.

This isn’t the first time he’s faced these accusations. In 2014, Whatcott used the same ruse to infiltrate the Vancouver Pride Parade as the Calgary Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster where he and his supporters handed out 2,500 anti-gay pamphlets disguised as free condoms. In 2013 the Supreme Court of Canada found his “Sodomites in our Public Schools” pamphlets that he’d distributed in Saskatoon were hate speech.

Whatcott denied the zombies’ message at Pride was hate speech and claimed the lawsuit was an attempt to “intimidate, chill and crush legitimate political freedom of expression.”

The judge accused both sides of filing documents that were “diatribes, ad hominies, polemics, and propaganda pieces far removed from proper pleadings and proper legal argument.” He especially lamented the “angry, bitter, vindictive” tone in Hudspeth and Smitherman’s statement of claim.

The judge found that they did have a cause of action, but not as a class-action. He advised them to refile with specific individuals who “opt in” to the claim and granted their request to have Whatcott compelled to reveal his fellow green-suited parade crashers and their financial backers.

Hudspeth, who owns Pegasus Bar in Toronto’s gay village, sees the decision as an important first step. Raised in a Pentecostal family, he found Whatcott’s vile pamphlets particularly upsetting.

“This was preached to me from the pulpit every Sunday that I was going to hell for being who I was,” he recalled.

Whatcott’s lawyer Charles Lugosi said they have until Tuesday to decide whether they will appeal. But the anti-gay activist, who says he’s already spent $250,000 in legal fees, has begun appealing to his supporters to fund a court challenge.

“I don’t actually want to be put in jail indefinitely for contempt,” he wrote, “or to have to spend the rest of my life making it as difficult as possible to prevent these hate-filled homosexuals from taking my property or somehow getting access to who my friends and supporters are and then going after their homes and life savings.”

If he refuses to unmask his fellow zombies, Whatcott faces being found in contempt of court and jailed.

“Do I want that to happen? No, that would be awfully ridiculous on his part,” said Hudspeth. “It would be better for him to be open and honest.

“Those are the teachings of Christ. And to be loving — which is something he hasn’t shown so far.”

Re: Toronto Sun fake news Whatcott $104 million lawsuit cove

Please note my analysis and comparison of the Ontario Superior Court's and Michele Mandel's treatment of the Ohenhen drug and firearms case to my own:

"Ohenhen had an “extensive and varied” criminal record that involves drug trafficking offenses and firearms possession. He “plainly admitted” to dealing drugs."
Hon. Michael Quigley, Ontario Superior Court of Justice

Hon. Quigley made the above comment while tossing a drug and firearms case out against Nosakhare Ohenhen because he thought the Toronto Police were racial profiling the poor armed drug dealer and because the police denied Ohenhen access to legal counsel for 5 hours.

Toronto Sun reporter Michele Mandel wrote on Ohenhen's case and please note her writing style. Though this man has no doubt caused a lot of harm to his community, is dangerous, and has a long history of anti-social behaviour, her coverage of the drug dealer's acquittal is actually partial towards the offender: http://www.torontosun.com/2016/10/06/ju ... rug-dealer

The Police and Crown no doubt screwed up, but there is no argument from anyone that Ohenhen is a dangerous career criminal, who often carries loaded firearms and deals in hard drugs. The judge did not give Ohenhen's accusers a second chance to get their prosecution of him right. The case was thrown out, the wronged drug dealer is free of all charges, and Ohenhen is currently suing the police for $4.5 million in compensation because he was allegedly traumatized during his latest visit to his home away from home.

Michele Mandel in writing on Ohenhen's case, declined to elaborate on facts that were not helpful to the drug dealer, like his lengthy criminal history and she refrained from any derogatory name calling. Where Mandel's opinion did come through she was mostly critical of the police.

Now lets compare the same media's and same court's treatment of a dangerous career criminal to how they treat Christians who dare to deliver "Gospel Condoms" at Toronto's tax funded Homosexual Shame parade.

"Further Mr. Whatcott's motion to have Messr's Hudspeth's and Smitherman's action dismissed on the grounds that it is an abuse of process fails. Although there was some indicia of an abuse of process by the manner in which Messrs Hudspeth and Smitherman's action was introduced to the public and in the gross impropriety of their Statement of Claim and in the rudeness and intemperence of their factum, nevertheless, a properly pleaded opt-in joinder action would not be an abuse of process and an action should be allowed to proceed in the interests of justice."
Hon. Paul Perell, Ontario Superior Court of Justice

Hon. Perell acknowleges the homosexual activist lawyers prosecuting Bill Whatcott abused the legal process and executed an invalid claim. Perell throws out the case, but in what is probably an unprecedented move, "in the interests of justice" allows the homofascist lawyers to take another run at Whatcott. Furthermore, unlike his fellow Superior Court Justice Quigley, who threw the case against Ohenhen out with prejudice against the Crown, Perell offers in his judgment free legal advice to the homofascist lawyers on how they should refile the case and orders Bill Whatcott to divulge the names of his friends and supporters so they can be sued too! While most people would think getting armed drug dealers off the street is "in the interests of justice" Quigley offered no free legal advice to the Crown, offered no opportunity for the Crown to refile its case against Ohenhen, nor did the judge order Ohenhen to disclose the identities of his sources for illegal guns and cocaine.

A young man overdoses and dies after injecting Fentanyl. According to the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the police are not allowed to violate the due process rights of drug dealers to stop tragedies like this, nor are drug dealers ever compelled by the threat of indefinite incarceration to divulge the identities of those who enable their criminal enterprises. Having looked at a number of articles written by Michele Mandel of the Toronto Sun, I am satisfied she never uses derogatory language when referring to drug dealers.

I would argue the abuse of process and level of professional misconduct committed by the homofascist lawyers in the Whatcott $104 million lawsuit is equal to or more outrageous than the level of misconduct exhibited by the Crown and police in the Ohenhen case. However, "in the interests of justice" the Ontario Superior Court seems to believe it can't cut any slack to cops trying to get armed drug dealers off the street, but perpetuating and overlooking injustices committed by prosecuting homofascist lawyers is fine, if the target is a group of Christians who infiltrate a tax funded parade and deliver Gospel flyers that criticize Liberal Party homosexual activist politicians and where homosexuals run around naked and blaspheme Christianity on the public street.

Image
Whatcott's crack Christian commandos successfully infiltrate the Toronto homosexual pride parade in the midst of what was supposed to be unprecedented security. Whatcott and his Christ centered commandos hand out "zombie safe sex" packages to marchers, many of whom are naked and some of whom are sporting images and messages that are hateful towards Christianity. The "zombie safe sex" package contains a message that chronicles the participation of Liberal politicians Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's and Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne's involvement in homosexual activism, former Liberal Minister of Defense Bill Graham's involvement with a 15 year old male prostitute, former Liberal Deputy Education Minister Benjamin Levin's conviction for making child pornography and counselling sexual abuse of children; the flyer contains facts about disease rates in the homosexual community and a message that Jesus can save homosexuals from their sin. For daring to speak about these important issues in such a creative and courageous fashion, the Ontario Superior Court believes the normal rules of due process for the accused no longer applies and Michele Mandel appears to become so incensed she starts using derogatory terms like "hate monger" when referring to the mastermind of the creative Gospel infiltration and "disgusting" when referring to the life and truth affirming literature.
