Whatcott serves $11 mn lawsuit for K Simpson & meets pothead

Bill Whatcott meets some potheads who are holding a so-called "420 farmer's market" outside of the BC Provincial Courthouse at 800 Hornby Street in downtown Vancouver. Bill was there to serve an $11 million lawsuit on Supreme Court Justice Beverly McLachlin and Superior Court Justice Mary Koenigsberg when he stumbled upon these pot dealers. Bill decided not to reveal his firm belief that recreational use of marijuana is harmful and therefore should be illegal. In addition to being illegal Bill believes there needs to be actual enforcement of the law and serious consequences for drug dealers who disobey the law. Lack of enforcement and deterrence in Canada's justice system are two major reasons why drug dealing and abuse is so widespread in Canadian society.

In this video Bill let the drug dealers speak for themselves and indeed one can quickly discern the truth is not on their side. One of their talking points that their business is about "medical" and "compassion" reasons is quickly refuted. When challenged they quickly admit anyone can buy their drug for any reason. When asked if they have any concern about young people using marijuana and any concern about cognitive impairment from long term use, they incorrectly state "marijuana improves the mind." In actual fact young people who regularly smoke marijuana can suffer lower IQs and decreased abilty to process information. Regular marijuana smoking also negatively effects one's respiratory system. Emphysema and chronic bronchitis are two likely outcomes of regular, long term, marijuana smoking.
